SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. sweet potatoes or 2-3 cans
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. self rising flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 - 3/4 stick soft butter
1 1/2 c. nuts (pecans)

Melt butter and combine above ingredients. Place in covered baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and place over sweet potato mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, uncover for 1/2 of baking time.
