PEANUT PUDDING PIE 
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

LAYER 2:
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. frozen whipped topping

LAYER 3:
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

LAYER 4:
1 c. whipped topping
15 cent Hershey bar
1/3 c. chopped peanuts

Layer 1: With pastry cutter, blend flour and butter. Add chopped peanuts. Pat evenly into 8x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

Layer 2: Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Blend in topping. Spread over cooled first layer.

Layer 3: Mix well. Spread over layer 2.

Layer 4: Top with 1 cup whipped topping. Shred one 15 cent Hershey bar over top. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
