SHU CHEN'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lbs. lean ground round
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
8 tomatoes, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks fresh parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
4 bay leaves
Salt & pepper
1 or 2 tbsp. sugar
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 c. water

Saute onions in olive oil. Brown sausage and ground beef in oil and onions. Pour off excess grease. Add all vegetables and tomato paste. Add all vegetables and tomato paste. Cook at medium heat, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat 45 minutes.
