CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI AND CARROT
CASSEROLE
 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 bunch carrots

Wash, boil until tender and drain. 1 sm. onion, diced 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook until warm on stove. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
