BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 stick butter
Milk
Pepper

Grease well 9x13 pan. Place half of potatoes mixed with chopped onion in pan. Sprinkle on 1/2 of salt and some pepper. Dot with butter. Place rest of potatoes and onions in pan and repeat salt and pepper and dot with rest of butter.

Fill pan with milk up to 1/2 of potatoes. Bake slowly at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or if refrigerated, start at 350 degrees and turn oven down and bake for 2 hours.
