MEXICAN DINNER 
1 lb. grated American or Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 med. onion
1 c. diced green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lg. bag Doritos
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook meat and onions and salt and pepper to taste; add enchilada sauce.

In another pan mix soup and green chilies, water; mix well.

Grease casserole dish and put in a layer of chips and a layer of meat mixture and then a layer of soup mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly on top.
