MICROWAVE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE
SUPREME
 
3 c. fresh bread cubes
2 c. mixed seafood
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Paprika

In 12x8x2 dish place bread cubes. Microwave at high 4-5 minutes. Remove half of cubes and save for top layer.

In large mixing bowl mix together seafood, onion, celery and salad dressing. Spread over bread cubes in dish. Cover seafood mixture with remaining half of bread cubes.

In small bowl, beat egg well and mix in milk and soup. Pour over casserole. Microwave at medium high 28-32 minutes, rotating dish after 15 minutes until set but still slightly soft in center.

Sprinkle top with bacon and cheese, then paprika. Microwave at medium high 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
