PINEAPPLE BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Drain the pineapple, reserve the pineapple juice and add enough cool water to make 1 cup. Add to Jello. Chill Jello until almost firm. Beat Jello until foamy. Fold together Cool Whip, Jello and pineapple. Spoon in mold. Reserve a little Cool Whip to garnish the top.
