PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream together and press into pan.

FILLING:

#2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sweet cream
1 egg yolk or whole egg
1 tbsp. corn starch

Cook until thickened. Pour filling on top of crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
