PISTACHIO DELIGHT | |
50 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter, melted 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened 2 sm. pkgs. pistachio 2 c. milk 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip Shaved chocolate (optional) Combine cracker crumbs and butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan, spreading evenly over bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix - ice cream, pudding mix and milk in large bowl. Pour over cooled crust. Chill for 1/2 hour or until firm. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Serves 12. Parma #552 |
