BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
Graham crackers
3 bananas
1/2 gal. Neopolitan ice cream
1 c. walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cover bottom of 11x15 pan with crumbs. Slice bananas crosswise and layer over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze until firm.

Melt chips and butter, add powdered sugar and milk. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, then cool. Spread over ice cream and freeze.

Whip cream until stiff and spread over chocolate layer. Top with more crumbs. Freeze. Take from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
