WHIPPED CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 c. whipping cream whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

Cream butter; add sugar slowly until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Add flavoring. Slowly add sifted flour; When mixed well remove mixer and add whipped cream folding in slowly until well mixed. Pour into well greased tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Press knife around the edge to protect the crust on top.
