VIENNA STEAKS 
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1 pinch grated nutmeg
Drops onion juice
1/2 c. sour cream

Beat egg well. Mix with other ingredients except sour cream. Shape into cakes and cook like hamburgers. Remove meat to serving dish. Heat sour cream in same pan and pour over meat. Serve with mushrooms.
