SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening, oil
2 eggs
Salt, to taste

Combine all ingredients. Pour in greased skillet and bake at 425 degrees until done.
