MARY ANN'S SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. no fat sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 lg. can cream corn
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. While oven is heating, heat 9 or 10 inch iron skillet or heavy baking pan. Mix all ingredients together. Remove pan from oven and spray with Pam. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. (Tastes like hush puppies).
