SAUSAGE PUFFS | |
1 lb. sausage 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 3 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix 1/2 tsp. red pepper 3/4 c. water Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cook sausage until done, break up with fork, drain and cool. Place in large bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix with fork until blended. Roll into 1/2 to 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from pan and cool. Can be frozen. Makes 6 to 7 dozen. |
