VERY LEMON BLUEBERRY BREAD 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. blueberries, tossed with flour
1/2 c. walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Mix butter, sugar and lemon juice. Beat in eggs. Mix together in separate bowl the sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with the milk, stirring to blend. Stir in lemon rind, blueberries and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350 degrees.

LEMON GLAZE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
