EASY MEXICALI DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 oz. med. noodles, cooked & drained
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. sharp processed American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sliced olives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook meat and onions in large skillet until onion is tender. Stir in noodles, tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup cheese, olives and seasonings. Turn into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
