MOCK CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 graham cracker crust

Put milk and cream cheese in blender on high until smooth. Add pudding mix. Blend on pulse or switch off and on until well blended. Pour in crust and chill.

Just before serving, cover with blueberry pie filling; can also use cherry pie filling. Very easy, fast and looks real elegant. 1 can pie filling will make almost 2 pies. Good!
