CHICKEN - CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 can boned chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 hard boiled eggs, grated
1/2 sm. can pimentos
2 tbsp. finely grated onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix the chicken, soup, pimentos, onion and mayonnaise in a bowl. In another bowl, grate the eggs. In another bowl, crush the potato chips.

In an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish, layer half of the soup mixture. Half the eggs, then half the chips. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
