CHEESE AND PASTA 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
2 med. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
3 oz. can broiled mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni
3/4 c. sour cream
4 oz. provolone cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Simmer above mixture 20 minutes, except cheese and sour cream. Cook and drain macaroni. Put 1/2 macaroni in a dish covering with 1/2 meat mixture and 3/4 cup sour cream. Top with provolone and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove cover and bake until cheese is melted.
