FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen blueberries
2 pkgs. frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cantaloupe, cut up into sm. cubes
3 or 4 peaches, cut up into sm. pieces
2 cans chunk pineapple, drained

MARINADE:

2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cream sherry

Let fruit marinate about 2 hours before planning to serve.
