BARBECUE BEEF 
8 lb. boneless chuck roast, have all fat trimmed off
3 lg. onions
1/2 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients. Place in roaster and cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 6 to 8 hours.

Chop in food processor.
