3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
4 c. oats

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, then add oats. Mix well and drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
