CHICKEN SOUFFLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
5 slices bread, cubed
3 tbsp. onion
3 eggs, beaten

Cube chicken and Velveeta cheese. Combine all ingredients and stir. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour; makes 6 servings. This makes a nice casserole for a Sunday evening meal. Triple recipe for a large group.
