CHILI CHEESE PUFF 
2 sm. cans chili
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
Salt & pepper
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack or other mild cheese

Put in blender; blend on medium for 3 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees in greased baking dish until puffy and brown.
