CRAWFISH FETTUCINI 
1 1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
2 lbs. crawfish
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 pt. whipping cream
1 (12 oz.) bag fettucini
1/2 stick butter
Dash thyme

Saute onions and bell pepper. Add crawfish and cook down like etouffee. Add cream and cheese. Boil fettucini, mix in with other ingredients and pour into dish.
