YORKSHIRE PUDDING
7/8 c. King Arthur flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beat until light

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix flour and salt. Stir in milk and water. Add beaten eggs, beating mixture until large bubbles rise to the surface. Pour into hot 400 degree 9x13 inch roasting pan, which contains ample drippings from your roast. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 15-20 minutes longer at 350 degrees. Serve immediately with roast. Recipe can be doubled to accommodate a larger pan.
