YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1/4 c. pan drippings
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

In 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 roasting pan, retain 1/4 cup pan drippings. Place 4 eggs and 2 cups milk in bowl. Add 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Beat mixture 2 minutes until batter is smooth.

Pour batter into pan atop drippings. Bake in 400 degree oven about 40 minutes. Cut in squares; serve immediately with roast beef or other meat.
