4 tbsp. roast beef pan drippings
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Turn oven to 450 degrees. Put pan drippings into a 9x9 inch pan and place in oven while you make batter. Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and beat until blended. Pour batter into drippings and bake 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
