CRANK ICE CREAM 
4 to 6 eggs, the more the better
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 can (14 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Homogenized milk

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Pour into freezer. Fill can to bottom of last cross bar on paddle with homogenized milk. It will expand and will not freeze if too full.

If fresh fruit is used, use 2 cups sweetened fruit and decrease milk.
