1 lg. plastic flower pot, washed & dried
2 pkgs. Oreo cookies
2 lg. chocolate instant pudding mixes
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. bag Gummy worms
1 sm. artificial flower

Make pudding according to box directions. Use a food processor to grind up Oreo cookies, or use your own method to make them look like soil.

Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Then starting with soil (Oreo) layer into flower pot. Soil, cream cheese mixture, pudding and then Cool Whip. Continue layering until all used up; ending with soil on top.

Gummy worms can be mixed in with the layers; but keep some for the top of cake. Place them so they look like they are coming up out of the ground. Then stick your flower in the center.
