QUICK CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburg
1 green pepper
1 box elbow macaroni
2 cans tomato soup (Campbells)
1/2 lb. American cheese

Chop green pepper into small pieces. Put green pepper in frying pan. Start to fry. Put on pot of water to boil elbows. When green peppers are almost done, add hamburg. Cook green pepper and hamburg together. Start to cook elbows in potato water. When elbows are done and hamburg and green pepper is done, mix together all ingredients. Add 1 1/2 cans of tomato soup; mix well. Dish out onto plate. Put 2 slices of cheese on top, put into microwave until cheese is melted. You're finished. Great left overs! P.S. Make sure you drain elbows well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
