FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI 
2 flank steaks
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, ground or fresh root, minced

Score 2 flank steaks. Marinate in above mixture for 4-6 hours or longer. Broil for 5 minutes on each side.
