STRAWBERRY JELLIED SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, packed in syrup
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 lg. diced bananas
8 oz. sour cream

Thaw frozen strawberries. Dice bananas. Dissolve the Jello with the 2 cups boiling water. Add the strawberries, pineapple including the liquid and bananas to the Jello. Spread half the mixture in an 8x8x2 inch (or larger) dish. Chill until firm. Spread evenly with 1 cup sour cream which has been brought to room temperature while the first layer of Jello is chilling. Pour on the rest of the Jello mixture and chill until firm. This is very pretty in a glass dish.
