STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 box strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, save 1 tsp
1/2 c. hot water

Prepare cake mix, adding eggs and cooking oil. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add. Then add strawberries. Mix well. Bake in 9 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 sm. pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. strawberries
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese and strawberries well. Add sugar, a small amount at a time. Add remaining drops of juice from strawberry box if icing is too thick. Spread on cooled cake.
