STRAWBERRY CAKE 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry gelatin
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 (1 lb.) angel food cakes

Mix gelatin with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, juice and all. Let thicken in refrigerator until thick enough to add 1 large Cool Whip. Fold in well. Pour over broken cake; mix well.
