PEACH PIE 
1 sm. pkg. peach Jello, dissolved in 2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. canned peaches, drained and cut up

Mix together water, Jello and ice cream. Add Cool Whip and peaches. Pour into a baked crust and refrigerate. You may substitute strawberries and strawberry Jello for a nice change.
