LOW - CAL ANGEL DELIGHT | |
4 envelopes diet strawberry Jello 1 (16 oz.) pkg. unsweetened strawberries 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 lg. angel food cake, broken in pieces Dissolve Jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water. Chill until partially set. Add strawberries and Cool Whip. Place half the cake pieces into large angel cake pan. Add half the Jello mixture. Blend well. Repeat. Chill at least 4 hours. Slice. Yield: 14 servings. I used 9 x 13 inch pan. |
