JULIE'S BREAD FROM A CAKE MIX 
Great for breakfast, dessert or snack. Very quick and easy!

I use a ginger cake mix but any will do
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs

Mix it all together gently. Pour into a greased loaf pan, 9 x 4 1/2 inches. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. Let cool and slice.

Variation: I also use a carrot cake mix and add a 15 oz. can of pumpkin for pumpkin bread. This requires 2 loaf pans.
