1 c. zucchini, grated
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. flour (add a little more)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Cream sugar and butter. Add zucchini, soda and egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Add nuts and raisins and drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Add 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, if desired.
