RICE BAKE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 (16 oz.) Veg-All, drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped ham or turkey (optional)

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
