1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey's syrup

Use jelly roll pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Bring to boil and boil hard for 1 minute. Pour over 1/2 cups chocolate chips and beat until spreadable.
