SALMON CHOWDER 
1 can salmon (2 c.)
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. butter
3 c. milk
1 c. diced potatoes
1/4 c. diced onion
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Place salmon with juice from the can into a pan. Add potatoes, tomatoes, onion, celery seed and boiling water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Make a white sauce of milk, flour and butter. Add to salmon mixture and heat. Add seasoning. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
