SUMI SALAD 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 green onions, finely chopped
2-3 oz. pkg. Ramen noodles, Japanese style instant vermicelli, broken (uncooked) 4
4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Heat oil in skillet. Toast almonds and seeds until lightly brown. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and poach. Add all ingredients and mix with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. oil
2 tsp. MSG (optional)

Combine mix well. Good made night before or a few hours before serving.
