STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 lg. bananas, mashed
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts, pecans

Dissolve Jello in water. Add frozen strawberries, juice too. Stir. Add pineapple, bananas and nuts. Cool. Place one half Jello mixture in Jello mold. Let set in refrigerator. Spread softened cream cheese over set Jello. Add remaining half of mixture and refrigerate until set. Serves 12.
