BEEF IN WINE SAUCE 
4 lbs. round steak
Garlic powder
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
3/4 c. dry Sherry

Trim fat from round steak and cut into bite size pieces. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with garlic powder, mix in with all the other ingredients. Cover and cook 3 hours at 325 degrees. Great over rice or noodles!
