CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage (about 2 lb.) coarsely shredded
6-8 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
15 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. shredded Colby or any sharp cheese

Put shredded cabbage in 13 x 9 inch dish. Sprinkle rice and onions on top. Crumble ground beef and brown about 8 minutes. Put on top of mixture. Heat spaghetti sauce in same pan as beef was in and add water and brown sugar until it comes to boiling point. Pour over cabbage. Sprinkle cheese on top and then bacon. Cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350-375 degrees.
