PINEAPPLE PECAN LOAF 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and beat well. Sift together flour, soda and salt; add alternately to creamed mixture with 1/2 can orange juice concentrate. Add pineapple and nuts. Blend lightly and pour into 1 large or 2 small greased loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
