FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. raw cranberries, (grind in grinder or blender)
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream, do not substitute, whipped
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Place ground cranberries in bowl. Cover berries with sugar. Let stand awhile. Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Mix well and let stand awhile. Combine berry mixture and pineapple mixture. Fold the whipped cream into the berry mixture. Add nuts. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch plastic or glass container and freeze. Cut off squares, as desired and use as a salad or dessert. Freezes well and keeps a long time (if you can hide it from yourself). Sometimes I freeze this in little paper muffin cups and store them in baggies.
